Shir Ariel Efrat
Shir leads community-based education and emergency response at IsraAID, an international humanitarian organization. She is the founder of "Mishpachti – Children of LGBTQ+ Families," promoting rights and visibility through community-building and research. Shir holds an M.A. in International Development (Glocal) from the Hebrew University and specializes in bridging emergency response with long-term social resilience.

We bridge the gap between what works and who needs it- across languages, sectors, and regions.
All around the world, people are facing urgent challenges- war, gender-based violence, climate disruption, poverty- without knowing that others have faced the same issues and found solutions.
The problem isn’t lack of innovation. It’s lack of access.
The systems to share and adapt those solutions simply don’t exist- or aren’t built for everyone.
GloWe was created to change that.
We’re building a multilingual space for collective action, shaped by local voices and rooted in real-world knowledge.
Not as a product - but as a growing, global community.
